My karate instructor and other students in the karate class.

My belief is that people can always do better than they think I can. My scene describes my experience in a karate class where I doubt what my full potential is and surprise not only myself but my karate instructor.
3. When does you story take place?
The story takes place on a Saturday morning when I was seven years old.
4. Where does your story take place?
My karate school.
5. Why does your story shape your belief?
It was my first experience where I was able to impress myself and I had someone tell me that I can always do better than I think I can.
6. How does your story shape your belief?
This was a powerful experience for me. It was my first of many moments of martial arts where I was able to impress myself. I did not have a full aware of understanding about the change in my belief system at the time but this moment was the triggering mechanism to allow that belief to form to what it is today.
